I’ve been in a few times to kick the tires on watches. Every time the staff has been very nice and very helpful. I popped in today because a watch bracelet was missing a tiny screw and Traci (and an unnamed gentleman) were very accommodating and refused to accept any payment for the service. When it’s time to pull the trigger on a new watch, this is where I’ll head.

She custom made a Gorgeous Necklace for my Granddaughter, picked out a Stunning Mother's Day gift for my Daughter in law, and picked out an Amazing Watch for my Husband’s Birthday!!! Working with Traci Capp to build a diamond engagement ring was as positive of an experience as I could've asked for. It's a bit stressful buying jewelry when you know so little about it; but Traci took the time to explain everything to me, made sure I was comfortable, and gave me the time/space to make my decisions. Traci was truly so happy for myself and my now, fiancé, and was thrilled to play a part in our engagement. Her enthusiasm and excitement is infectious. Oh - and my fiancé loves the ring.
