Welcomed by an incredibly well mannered guest service proffesional, Evan. I came to see a watch that i honestly never thought id see in person, a Ulysse Nardin Freak. Evan knew exactly which watch i was referring to and walked me over to the location of the watch. He let me handle the watch and enjoy all its intracacies while being informative in prices, makes, models. Even though i was there to just enjoy a browse of what models and brands the store had he never once made me feel unwelcome and infact was incredibly responsive to my questions about pricing and availability. I will 100% be back to pick up a watch from them in the near future

Excellent service. I purchased a grand seiko with Kevin a few years ago. Hadn’t worn it until recently again and, I definitely have gained some weight and needed a link added to have the proper fitment. Kevin and the staff were able to immediately get this taken care of. If you’re in the market for a grand seiko, Burdeen’s will take very good care of you!
