We started a search for a used vehicle last fall. We didn’t have a particular car in mind so decided to test drive several vehicles in our price range. We restarted our search last week. I had compiled a list of vehicles from different dealerships in London and surrounding cities. The second place we went to last week was Finch Nissan. We were looking at a used VW Atlas. We were immediately greeted by Zuhdi Tamimi, who goes be Zee. We had called ahead so he had the car ready for us. Zee was extremely knowledgeable about all the cars we asked about. We test drove the Atlas as well as another vehicle. Even though it was our plan to shop around a bit more we felt that we had found the right vehicle for us at a reasonable price. We negotiated our deal with the business manager Ben MacDonald and financial services manager Andrea Elaschuk, who we found very helpful, kind, professional and trustworthy. Today we came to pick up the car and Zee had everything ready for us. He went through many details about the car. He worked quickly in the snow and cold replacing the license plates among other things. We noticed a mark on the upholstery and he apologized and quickly took the vehicle to their detailing department and had it cleaned up beautifully. A couple of hours later we remembered a forgotten item in our trade in and we called Zee. He responded immediately to our request. Overall, we had such a positive experience with Zee, Ben, Andrea and all of the other staff at Finch Nissan I was compelled to give them an excellent review! Zee and the staff here took the stress out of buying a car. I did a lot of price comparisons as well and found them to have very competitive prices. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle ask for Zee at Finch Nissan and tell him Maureen sent you!
